Delete your GradePadi account

You can delete your GradePadi account (run by FAI Group of Companies) at any time, from the app or the website.

In the GradePadi app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Account (your profile).
3. Tap Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at gradepadi.com.
2. Open your account page.
3. At the bottom, under Delete my account, enter your password, tick the box and press the button.

Cannot sign in?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or send us the phone number on your account, with the subject "Delete my GradePadi account". We confirm it is your account and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Straight away: your account is closed, you are signed out on all devices and your profile is no longer shown.
• After 30 days: your name, email, phone number, photo, profile details, date of birth, notification settings and identity document files are erased. Until then you can ask us to restore the account.
• Kept, without your name: payment, wallet and withdrawal records (and the payout numbers they used), required by law for up to 10 years; reviews and messages shown as "Deleted user"; and study material you published, under the licence in the Terms of Use.

Before you delete

• Withdraw your earnings first. Deletion is not possible while earnings, a lesson payment or a withdrawal are still in progress.
• Deposited credit, gifts and promotional credit cannot be withdrawn and are lost when you delete your account.
